sometimes posts cant wait.

ok so i decided its time to go to bed after watching 2 hrs of comedy central.  little did i know that my best laugh was yet to come.  i present to you (blown up for your viewing pleasure) white lady wearing pakistani cricket support shirt:

shes actually modelling it on a website for T20 tournament cricket.  poor lady.  i think its safe to say the smile is fake.  you see, just before bed i decided to check up on T20 cricket action but once the page opened i realized i knew nothing about the sport.  why did i even visit the site when i couldn't even tell who was winning or losing when i looked at scores?  fate, that's why.  as i scrolled down i saw some shirts for sale and i decided to see what kind of cricket gear they had.  of course a few clicks here and there and i come across the lady.  i was startled to see white lady in paki shirt.  just so unexpected.

not sure why i remembered this story or why i am laughing about it when i think back but about a year ago i was coming into work as usual, and as i approached the main entrance, i noticed something on the walls of the building.  it looked like vandalism from a distance and i was just about to get pissed when i realized what it was.  a rabbit had been torn to pieces.  i mean confetti.  there was blood on the walls and fragments all over.  how a small animal got so busted i have no clue but it was probably a cat because there was pretty much no meat left.  im not sure how the whole thing went down but it was definitely brutal. 

and no, chumchum did not have anything to do with this.  i think.

i went to benihana today for dinner with the family.  i went in first to put our name in line for a table and ended up waiting alone for some 15 minutes.  i started watching people who were also waiting when i noticed a guy that looked like an assassin.  now im not honestly sure what an assassin would look like but this guy just gave off a killer vibe. well i know from watching the bourne trilogy that assassins can be a diverse group of people so i started looking around for other people that could pass as deadly secret agents.  i found a few more.
for a split second i almost grabbed a pic of the first guy just to get confirmation from friends that the guy looked bad ass.  not a good idea if i was accidentally correct.

why do couples match their clothes?  i'll be honest im not about to bash it just yet.  i feel like the verdict is still out.  i dont like it at all but maybe i just dont understand style.  i was looking at some couple's pics and it was sort of horrifying to see them matching like twin siblings or something.  weird.  it doesnt even have to be that they are wearing the exact same thing but even when the colors are coordinated it makes me a bit uneasy.  the uneasiness is mostly due to the fact that 99% of the time if there is some coordination going on it wasn't the guy's choice.  in fact he probably resisted.  so when i see the shirt i know who won and who lost that battle.  poor guy.

i have no clue what makes me think of these things but i just remembered something i did when i went on umrah years ago.  it wasn't something i did while actually doing umrah but something i did while over there.  one day i figured id buy a thoub which i occasionally like to wear if im in the mood.  so i went to some random store and got one but then when i took it back and put it on i quickly realized mine wasnt all that.  so i investigated thoubs.  i actually started to track guys that looked well dressed and kind of sophisticated.  they had nice fabric flowing and looking great.  so i continued to do my research and i realized all these guys were wearing this one particular company that was "cool."  at least i thought so.  so then i headed back to the mall and paid a fortune for that fancy thoub.  just to be fashionable...in a thoub...for 1 week.

well upon reflection some 10 years later, i realize how dumb that was.  i should have been in a deeper more spiritual mindset and yet...a brand name thoub?  i think back then if the thoub were hollister or a&f i'd have gotten the damn thing and popped my collar too.  i think i am always hovering the fence of being a douche...lol. 

i use facebook between pulling teeth.

i think i have a problem. 
when it comes to health i always assume the worst.  actually now that i think about i assume the worst about everything.  chest discomfort?  heart attack.  headache?  aneurysm.  boarding an airplane?  have fun on your last flight.  going fishing on a boat?  hope you can swim.  heartburn?  barretts.  not that any of that has stopped me from doing anything but its seriously annoying.  i think everyday is just me cheating death.  or something like that.  i dont actually look at the world in that way so calm down. but you get the point. my newest issue is either something fishy happening to my spleen or pancreas.

anyway i shouldn't have eaten 6 white castle burgers and infinite fries and onion rings along with a gallon of sweet tea to wash it all down over the weekend.  doesnt help my case. 

it would probably have been safer for me to snort a pound of crack. 

jalapenos are the enemy.

i know a lot of people rave about morgan freeman's voice which i have to say is pretty damn awesome.  he sounds so wise and friendly.  i would add that a pretty awesome female voice belongs to terry gross.  her voice is soothing.

anyway the reason for the post today is because my neck is sooo itchy.  not sure what happened but after shaving on wed night something seriously irritated my neck.  everything was normal.  washed my face.  put on a really cheap rite aid brand shaving foam.  (not only is it cheap but it lasted almost 6 months now)  finally, i shaved.  but now i am devastated.  that night i could hardly sleep cuz i needed to scratch my neck.  i didnt actually scratch.  after a shave i usually cant even touch my face b/c it gets sore.  my skin is just so delicate and fine...that has always been the case. (i kid)  but what is going on now...i have no idea. im scared tho b/c i kind of have to shave this weekend.  usually when something goes awry in the shaving process i can wait a week with no shave and recover.  not gonna happen this time.

tomorrow...there will be blood.
