listening to sports radio today, a caller outlined a doomsday scenario that would probably drive philly to madness and it actually hurt me to listen to it. here it is...
what if the eagles actually lose to the redskins this weekend and then head into the bye on a 5 game losing streak. and then what if they come out of the bye and actually lose to dallas. now management feels like they need to make a statement and they decide to fire andy reid. and then what if they name marty morniweg the interim coach. and then the eagles go on a roll and win a few games going 6-3 or whatever. and the eagles then reward marty by naming him the new head coach with a 3 year deal.
