i have no clue what makes me think of these things but i just remembered something i did when i went on umrah years ago. it wasn't something i did while actually doing umrah but something i did while over there. one day i figured id buy a thoub which i occasionally like to wear if im in the mood. so i went to some random store and got one but then when i took it back and put it on i quickly realized mine wasnt all that. so i investigated thoubs. i actually started to track guys that looked well dressed and kind of sophisticated. they had nice fabric flowing and looking great. so i continued to do my research and i realized all these guys were wearing this one particular company that was "cool." at least i thought so. so then i headed back to the mall and paid a fortune for that fancy thoub. just to be fashionable...in a thoub...for 1 week.
well upon reflection some 10 years later, i realize how dumb that was. i should have been in a deeper more spiritual mindset and yet...a brand name thoub? i think back then if the thoub were hollister or a&f i'd have gotten the damn thing and popped my collar too. i think i am always hovering the fence of being a douche...lol.
