wholesale invasion

Mitch Hedberg once said, "I hate dreaming because when you want to sleep, you want to sleep. Dreaming is work. Next thing you know, I have to build a go-cart with my ex-landlord."  After several days of not getting enough sleep I finally had a chance to sleep in this morning.  Of course, it was rudely interrupted by a dream.

Here's what happened:

I was in Costco...praying.  While I was doing that in the middle of the store a bandit/robber gang came in armed.  They started to cause mass panic but I just kept praying and hoping they wouldn't notice.  Well one guy did notice me and started pointing his gun at me but I kept ignoring him.  When he realized I was not acknowledging him, he decided to taunt me by laying his gun down in front me.  I made sure to finish praying as best as I could and then finally I picked up his loaded gun.  I realized he was hoping I would pick it up and fight back so I decided to just give it back with no fight at all.  I knew that fighting back with one random handgun would have been a horrible idea given the fact that there were 20 of these guys taking over costco.  I caught him off guard that was for sure...and in the process he let me live.  The gang was not interested in taking hostages so we all started to leave but somehow I knew they planned to hole themselves for a long time.  So I started to spread the word to all other customers to quickly get out but in the process dump/spill liquids and foods.  I hoped they would run low on supplies and have to come out eventually...as if costco doesn't have a near infinite supply of food.  Anyway, they realized what I had done and they got pissed but by then everyone was just about out and safe.  I decided to stay in and fight back since everyone was now safe.  I went to the produce area and started hitting them with tomatoes.  One robber and I basically ended up in a brutal food fight throwing all kinds of stuff and then I realized what a mistake I made getting into a food fight with because the aisle he was in had raw potatoes which would hurt.  Plus he was armed.

I decided to leave the store myself at that point instead of getting hurt by potatoes.  As I left, I saw how much had changed in all that time.  Costco was destroyed and all these gangs had taken it over.  There were even hookers walking around...haha.  In the end I woke up without being able to defend my neighborhood costco from lawlessness.
